Is this the same thing as iDo or iBaby?
When we began, weddings were our primary focus, so iDo™ was an appropriate name. Now that we also provide our service at baby luaus, graduation parties and birthdays, we have changed our name to iVideo Guestbook™ . We can make a video guestbook for any event!

How do we book iVideo for our wedding day or other occasion?
The easiest way is on-line: just click on order and fill out the information for your event. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Your deposit can be made with check or credit card.

Do you provide staffing to operate equipment and instruct guests?
Yes, an iVideo Guestbook™ Coordinator will be there to assist your guests.

When will we receive the final DVD(s)?
Your iVideo Guestbook™ DVD will be delivered within 10 business days. Multiple copies are available for an additional cost.

What time do you set up/breakdown?
iVideo staff will be there before your guests arrive to set up the iVideo station(s), typically 30 minutes before your event starts. As our services come to a close, we simply unplug the stations and quietly head off to our studio to start creating your DVD.

What are your technical needs/requirements?
We need a power outlet for each iVideo station. Although our stations are equipped with lights, a well-lit area is also recommended.

How do we get our guest list to you?
Once we reserve your date, you will receive a username and password for our login page. After logging in, you can input your guest list or upload your Microsoft Excel file.
